Herbal Aromatic Smudge Sticks
Herbal Aromatic Smudge Sticks made with organically grown, sustainably harvested herbs wrapped in antique 100% cotton thread. Each stick is made with the herbs available and abundant on the farm the week they are being made. Variations of herb bundles may include:
Sage, Lavender, Bee Balm
Sage, Lavender, Rose Petals
Sage, Lavender, Yarrow
Sage, Lavender, Eucalyptus
A select number of these smudge sticks will also be made to include a tied piece of rose quartz for is energetic qualities. A limited number will be available at Solo Cucina Market in South Portland, or order directly through us here!
To Use: Light the end of the stick so that it smokes but does not have an active flame. Have a fireproof container nearby in case there is fallout from the smoking herbs and for ease of extinguishing the stick once you are finished with it. Smoke from these sticks is used to energetically cleanse spaces and for its soothing aromatic qualities.
