Our Sage is grown under organic protocols fresh on the farm where it is then handpicked, naturally dried, and then ground. Sage is a spice that has a pronounced earthy and peppery taste. This spice is best on chicken and red meats. The sage comes in 2oz glass jars with a cork top.
