Join us for our annual Mother’s Day DIY Flower Bar on Saturday May 10, 2025. We will have a 1pm session and 2:30pm session. Spots are limited and tend to fill up fast so reserve your ticket or find more information here!

Your $25 ticket will provide you with enough flowers, and greenery to arrange one medium bouquet or arrangement any way you want. Extra flowers can be purchased to make an even larger bouquet or fill a larger vase. It can be as big or small as you like. We will select a variety of our favorite fancy tulips & daffodils in a range of colors, from our gardens, plus greenery so that you can choose flowers, in a cohesive color palette to mix and match. Guests can choose to either make one bouquet with fancy Japanese hand colored paper and a flower sleeve or bring a container to make an arrangement. Tickets are per bouquet not person, so bring your children, family, and friends to all help create a stunning Mother’s Day creation that captures the essence of your love & individuality for that special Mom or Grandma in your life.

The Biblical “Etrog” travels to Maine

One of our most exciting ventures to kick off 2024 is working to fund a greenhouse with off-grid capabilities that will be home to 30 future etrog trees. We started planning for this project back in Summer 2022 when we harvested seeds from Kosher etrogs to begin growing our own Etrog seedlings. We are now at the stage of building a permanent nursery for these etrog seedlings to grow successfully in the ground. To learn more about this project, its community significance, and how you can help you can read HERE . Please consider donating HERE (GoFundMe) and sharing with your family, friends, and communities!

Introducing the Goronson Farm

“Gnome Shop”

This shop is inspired and curated by our resident gnome who lives in a cottage behind the labyrinth at the farm. The gnome has been hard at work creating a variety of goodies for his specialty market including hand-ground peppermint, lemon balm, and bee balm teas, dried herb bundles, sage & herb smudge sticks, apple cider vinegar, & MORE!

The Gnome Shop will also have hand-selected whimsical vintage and antique items such as tiaras, flower crowns, jewelry, and foraging baskets.

The Goronson Farm is a small, MOFGA-certified organic farm in Maine, established in May of 2014.

We produce a diversity of certified organic products on a small, intensive footprint. Products include eggs from pastured, free-range, rare-breed poultry & ducks. (We are a no-kill.)

We also grow organic tomatoes, fruit, flowers & herbs. We are currently expanding our small vineyards for the eventual production of vinegars and wines.

We are part of the organic farm movement in Maine. Join us as we write about the trials, tribulations and joys of farming.

I am Maureen Goronson, an organic farmer by trade and specialty fruit and flower lover at heart. I settled onto the property in 2014 focusing on heirloom ducks and chickens and internationally sought after fruit trees. In late 2018, the farm was approved organic by MOFGA and I began to officially operate as a farm and sell specialty fruit and other farm-grown goods in 2019. In recent years, our focus has expanded to include flowers of all different shapes, sizes, colors, and varieties.

I started my dahlia growing journey in 2020 and am a member of the American Dahlia Society. Having enjoyed the beauty and diversity of our dahlia gardens, I am now looking to share the tubers we have cultivated at Goronson Farm with other dahlia lovers. In the coming year, we will be growing 75 Dahlia varieties, including designer breeder varieties, along with other rare fruits and flowers on our small certified organic farm.

We'd love to hear from you!
