You are welcome and encouraged to incorporate music into the ceremony or wedding reception to help liven up your special day! We have electrical outlets available near our Flower Shop to set up a sound system, or ample room to bring in live musicians.
Owen Kennedy is an award-winning Maine fiddler whose love of traditional music and enthusiasm for performing has captivated audiences from San Diego to the Shetland Islands and all over New England. He’s been playing for weddings in Maine and beyond since 2018. Owen can provide processional and recessional music, as well as fun background tunes for your reception. Depending on availability, he may be able to engage other musicians to join him and/or a caller if you’re considering a Contra dance. He has his own sound equipment.
