Heirloom Duck Eggs

from $5.00

We raise White Crested Pekin ducks - an heirloom European breed dating back to the 1600s. They are distinguished by the white tufts of feathers on their heads. On the farm, they are treated like royalty (and named like them too). Our two duck families are headed by the drakes Aloysius of Kent and the Duke of Lemon. Aloysius’ girls are Madeline, Lily Duck, and June. Duke’s ladies are named the Duckess of Oldenburg and Olive Oyl. Duck eggs are slightly larger than chicken eggs with an earthier, richer taste. They are great to use in baking and will give your baked goods a higher rise than regular chicken eggs!

Duck eggs are sold in packs of 3 or 6.
